What is the big switch off?
BT announced that they will be turning off all PSTN and ISDN networks in 2025, which may affect your telephone system. VoIP and cloud-based systems won’t be effected by this, so prepare early.

What are the different types of phone systems?
There are three types of phone system, either KSU, PBX or VoIP. A traditional system is historically based on KSU or PBX.
CircleLoop is a cloud-based phone system that uses VoIP technology (Voice over Internet Protocol) which allows for more agile business telephone systems.
Do I need to pay installation costs for a new office phone system?
The great thing about a cloud phone system is there are no installation costs required. You won’t have to worry about installing equipment or a landline.
If you do want physical phones though, we can help with VoIP enabled handsets and headsets.
How do I set up a cloud-based phone system for my business?
With CircleLoop it’s as simple as creating an account, installing the app on your desktop or phone and signing in. Once you’ve created an account you’re good to go, and you can cancel anytime.
Can I add a business line to mobile phones?
Yes! You can either install the CircleLoop app on your mobile or use call redirection to send calls to mobile phones.
Do I need to pay extra for features?
All of our features come at no extra cost to you. The only additional costs will be for extra users or numbers.
