About the National Tennis Association

Operating since 2004 the National Tennis Association (NTA) is a social enterprise that supports venue management and coaching all with the aim to deliver, promote and support tennis in the UK.

Working in partnership with the Lawn Tennis Association (and a number of leading venues and coaches) to all share the same mission ‘to get more people playing tennis’. The National Tennis Association offer professional management solutions to venues and coaches, proven to develop and enhance multiple aspects of tennis services to help to achieve a national network of tennis programmes in the UK.

CircleLoop to the rescue

Back in early March when COVID forced the UK into lockdown CircleLoop made a pledge to give free accounts to any enterprise involved in the charity, health and education sector to help keep these industries going in these turbulent times.

The business phone system NTA used pre Covid-19 was outdated. As with many traditional offerings it gave no flexibility, was expensive and required them to purchase new hardware adding to the cost.

When the March 2020 lockdown was enforced the NTA were at a disadvantage - their old system did not allow them to work remotely leading the NTA to look for a new business phone system.
