DJCA previously used another VoIP provider but encountered a number of issues including lack of features (call routing) and unreliable call quality.
DJCA staff members also had to manually enter contacts phone numbers into a dial pad which wasn’t very effective.
The CircleLoop Senta and Xero integrations meant that they could sync contacts to their new CircleLoop phone system.
Staff started working from home in March 2020 and without access to their hardware based phone system DJCA had to pick another telecom solution fast to adapt to the changes caused by the pandemic.
CircleLoop's ability to give users access to their phone system on multiple devices was one of the main reasons DJCA chose CircleLoop as it enabled remote working with ease.
DJCA now use CircleLoop’s application on their laptops with the recommended Jabra headsets which gave them superior call quality compared to their previous provider.
Finding out CircleLoop had an integration with Senta enabled DJCA to use many useful features such as call activity logging, click to call and being able to add notes to their account during a call. Any activity with clients was recorded and added to the contact.
In setting up an account DJCA initially needed help from the customer success team as they wanted to port their existing number from their old provider to CircleLoop.
Once their account was set up DJCA found the CircleLoop interface was easy to navigate and any changes that needed to be made can be done with ease.
