As a service provider, we are responsible for our own content on these pages in accordance with general legislation in accordance with Section 7 (1) of the Telemedia Act (TMG). If the customer claims that CircleLoop has not fulfilled its obligations based on customer protection standards of the TKG, it can call the Federal Network Agency for Electricity, Gas, Telecommunications, Post and Railways for the purpose of dispute resolution. This must be done in writing or online using the appropriate application form, describing the facts, the request and proof of the attempt to reach an agreement. Further information can be found on the Internet under the domain www.bundesnetzagentur.de.

The CircleLoop does not participate in a dispute settlement procedure before a consumer arbitration board within the meaning of the Consumer Dispute Settlement Act (VBSG) and is not obliged to do so.
